Senior QA - Southend

We are IT recruitment specialists partnered with a major central government organisation. They are currently looking for a Senior QA to join their well-established team in Southend.

Key Skills:

* Must be from a Java development background and experience in Java development life cycle.

* Must have strong test knowledge & experience in J2EE 1.5 & 1.6 technologies.

* Must have strong test knowledge & experience in Java Micro Services testing and exposure to Java 8 testing.

* Must have strong and proven experience in Java test automation.

* Has experience in Jenkins

* Have experience of working to and in a Scrum/Kanban environment.

* Experience of Agile SAFe will be advantageous.

* Has strong experience in producing and delivering test strategies, plans and scripts.

* Has taken responsibility for test reporting.

* It would be advantageous to have knowledge and experience of Robot Framework.

* Will have worked on Hybrid Cloud based solutions utilising AWS & Docker or other containerisation technologies.

* Has experience in using MySQL

* Ansible scripting would be advantageous.

* Terraform scripting would be advantageous
