Our global service group requires an experienced Full or Part Time Billing Specialist / Credit Controller to work with the Financial Controller for our UK company & across 4 other global offices, US, Australia, China & Brazil.
Requirements
Estimating & Invoicing
Raise estimates according to database / Stakeholders in multiple currencies. Chase corresponding Purchase Orders & inform Business leaders/Consultants when received. Issue sales invoices in Xero & supply back up documentation where required (PO, Tax Certificates, Goods Receipt etc). Upload Sales Invoices on client invoicing portals Manage the billing process in Airtable and initiate projects in Xero Build relationships with our various national & international Stakeholders Maintain & update Client/Job databases with all stages of process from job opening to sales invoice, including uploading supporting documentation, this process will become more automated in future. Credit Control
Build relationships with Customer Finance Departments, ensuring that invoices are approved prior to payment due dates and resolving query issues. Escalating issues to FC or Business Leads when necessary. Supply monthly statements to customers & completing customer schedules. Advise Financial Controller of expected remittances on a weekly basis to assist cash flow Ad-hoc projects
