You will manage our internal recruitment platform, give a first class recruitment service to all candidates whilst maintaining a strong pipeline to ensure project and Company success.

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

Creating and posting of advertisement for recruitment purposes. Analysing and screening CV’s of potential candidates. Arranging initial phone interviews and conducting face to face or Skype interviews with candidates. Arranging the testing of candidates, overseeing the evaluation process and closing candidates. when necessary. Keep recruitment database up to date. Building and maintaining a strong pool of candidates. Provide excellent candidate and employee support. Scheduling off site recruiting events, such as job fairs, university connections etc. Requirements

Must have experience working within an recruitment environment. Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manners. High proficiency in English. Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs. Ability to work under pressure and meet given deadlines. Excellent computing skill using Microsoft Office. Interest in the video games industry is desirable. Benefits
