Digital Shadows is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to conduct marketing plans, events and activities through select channel partners globally.

This person will drive the marketing initiatives with Channel Account Managers to create demand generation campaigns and measure marketing qualified leads in salesforce. The right candidate will need to perform multiple projects simultaneously while managing an allotted budget accordingly. The position requires someone to take the initiative and see the success of marketing campaigns from start to finish with a high level of energy and attention to detail. In addition, this person will work cross-functionally with product and field marketing on an array of events and channel assets, which includes our monthly channel newsletter delivered through our marketing automation system.

Develop channel marketing programs for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Manage the overall channel marketing execution internationally. Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activity for a select group of channel partners. Understand International country customs and needs, while still performing and reaching goals set forth by the local team. Conduct regular meetings with channel partners, manage the operations of each campaign and report the results. Provide campaign performance reports, budget reports, and show ROI with each campaign Coordinate channel programs, events, webinars, trainings, and partner communications Coordinate sales training seminars and workshops with channel partners and our sales representatives Provide innovative ideas to marketing planning sessions Work-through any channel challenges as they arise Deliver the global partner newsletter monthly with some content creation needed. Assist to create channel assets, slides and content. Requirements

4+ years of experience in working with channel partners to drive demand generation campaigns Strong work ethic, results-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to align channel campaigns with the priorities of the sales teams Experience in managing projects that have deadlines, limited resources, and cross-functional dependencies. Experience in managing budgets and balancing actual vs proposed spend. Strong leadership skills Strong writing skills Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus B2B tech experience working with global partners a plus The position will reside at our corporate office in London and report to the Director of Channel Marketing.
