However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 5% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to give every customer their perfect hair and beauty experience.

The Role:

For us to succeed in creating the perfect hair and beauty experience through our platform, we have a highly driven sales team ready to seek new, attractive salons for us to partner with.

The B2B Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating, pitching and closing deals to create new salon partnerships. As a consultative seller, you will ask our prospects the right questions to guide your pitch and highlight how Treatwell’s platform and salon software (Connect) can help them. Equipped with a strong market knowledge, you’ll be confident in explaining what Treatwell can do to improve both their customer and business experience.

This role is key in growing our salon portfolio and you’ll be a natural in delivering a professional and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand.

Responsibilities:

Actively look for new partners using various resources such as social media/internal CRM tools Maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling with focus on certain regions Generate and host digital sales meetings with prospective partners to close deals and hit monthly targets Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Salesforce Help in the development of new sales strategies to improve productivity

Knowledge and Requirements

New business sales/generating own leads Strong Telesales background Have the motivation to overachieve on monthly targets Great personality; personable, proactive and resourceful Has great winning mentality always going the extra mile to get the job done Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Full of ideas and always looking for new ways to improve sales productivity
