After four years, we are delivering thousands of meals every day across London to some of the world’s most iconic brands – Google, Facebook, Spotify and Buzzfeed, among many others. We’re working with a world of kitchens, over 400 of the best independent chefs, street vendors, specialist caterers, restaurants and supper clubs in London.

We are currently a team of 70, with offices based in London Bridge. As we solidify our position as Europe’s largest B2B food delivery platform and continue to expand geographically, we are looking for a proactive self-starter with a demonstrable track record of digging into data and pulling out the insight.


In this role, you’ll be using data to identify, develop and share insights to drive the business forward. Although this is a commercial role, reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will work cross-functionally, supporting all main business functions: sales, marketing, operations and logistics. In addition, you’ll work closely with a Data Engineer to ensure we are storing the right data in easy accessible formats. Working with us as Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

Develop measurement methodology for key business metrics, such as CAC, LTV and CPD and standard definitions for others Partner with both demand and supply side teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored reports based on customer & vendor behaviour Test the hypothesis of qualitative insights from around the business and quantify the impact of those insights Conduct data analysis and / or predictive modelling to optimise internal processes and identify key insights to improve the business Requirements

We do what we say we will. And here is what we’ll need from you:

Bachelors degree and 2+ years work experience doing quantitative analysis or Masters or PhD with 1+ years work experience. Excellent SQL and data structures knowledge. Experience in MicroStrategy, Tableau or other data visualization tools Knowledge of statistics and mathematical concepts. A background in applying analytics commercially and a proven track record to deliver results based on your insight Experience creating and telling stories from data Preferable (but not mandatory):

Experience within the realm of e-commerceDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields Startup or mid-sized company experience Benefits
