Harrington Starr are working in collaboration with a globally renowned brokerage on the search for a Big Data Systems Administrator to join the team responsible for the big data analytics platform. The successful applicant will work within a team whose key responsibilities will be to build and support the existing platform as well support new technology internally and on Cloud implementation.

The Big Data Systems Administrator will be required to have at least 5 years DevOps or Systems Administrator experience and the desire skill-set for the role:

Linux OS, VMware, Networks and SQLAnsible, Automation, AWS, Python and BashHortonworks, Ambari management, Cassandra Bigdata cluster experience Jenkins, Docker and ArtifactoryComputing degreeIf you have a proactive approach to IT, keen to work and keep up to date with the latest technology and you have DevOps or bigdata experience this is the ideal role for you to implement your skills.
