An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our team as our Customer Service Agent - intercompany.

Customer Service Agent responsibilities:

Process affiliate orders from creation to invoicing, including Henkel Affiliate negotiations; facilitating resolution of Foreign Trade, invoice disputes and resolving stock issuesLiaise with the Regional logistics teams to ensure all export documentation and export requirements are metHandle internal Henkel Affiliate interaction and coordination of proactive responseLiaise regularly with other functions such as Customer Service Support, Control Tower and Supply Planning, to ensure Replenishment Service Level delivery to our Henkel AffiliatesControl Third Party deliveries, where appropriateTimely recording of customer complaints in SAPInvolvement in Claims ManagementSupport continuous improvement initiativesWork proactively to ensure all local SHE objectives are achieved, whilst working in compliance with SHE regulationsThe ideal Customer Service Agent:
