The Role

We want to make sure that our customers are happy. That’s why if they need some help, we need you to understand if there is an issue, and more importantly, find a solution for our merchants. This role is crucial to the retention of our merchants, and ensuring that we resolve problems the right way, first time.

This is an ideal role for someone with a sales and customer service background, who is looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic organisation.

Who we are looking for…

You are passionate about going the extra mile for our customers. You enjoy getting to the root cause of a problem, and being able to turn this into a positive experience. You have excellent influencing skills and are able to effectively problem solve to ensure that we retain our merchants.

What you will do…

Understand customer issues and proactively identify solutions Working as part of the team to manage and maintain a customer base of over 70,000 SMEs Proactive retention including outbound calling to wobbly merchants Structured methods and techniques for retaining potential leavers Renewals of customer contracts to prevent loss to competitors Strive to achieve “one call resolution” Deliver fantastic customer experience Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve on behalf of our merchants Requirements

What you will bring...

A minimum of 2 years experience working in a B2B Customer Services role. Experience within a retentions or sales and service role Able to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment Experience of working to KPIs Confidence to use experience and data in deciding what a customer is worth and what is required to keep them Outstanding communication skills Ability to build instant customer rapport Natural affinity with problem solving Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues Benefits
