The Role

As part of Contino’s overall growth strategy we are looking for an experienced Client Principal (Technical/DevOps Consulting Sales) with a successful background to join our team at our London HQ.

As a Client Principal at Contino, you will identify, build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing Enterprise and/or Private/Public Sector clients. Your innovative sales strategy identifies and influences potential customers to generate new business. You work closely with our strategic partners like Docker and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to identify joint business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth in your market.

The position’s primary responsibility is to generate new business and new logos in the Enterprise and Public Sector verticals in the UK. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives; drive the sales from initial prospect communication through contract execution working with business development & solution architecting teams.

Prospecting, identifying and closing new business and new logos Develop new and sell-on sales opportunities by promoting Contino propositions, capabilities and maintaining on-going client relationships Act as a market maker by bringing in new, profitable clients Lead bids and manage the sales/negotiation process through to signing of the Statement of Work Possess advanced negotiation skills Work with Contino's network of strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and increase customer value. Experience Guidelines:

Deep expertise in technology related sales with several years of specific professional services sales to senior level executives of fortune 2000 type companies Track record of meeting or exceeding sales / margin quotas by establishing, expanding and closing complex, high value consulting service engagements Ability to forecast deals and resource requirements with background details supporting your assessment Strong team selling background: ability to lead a matrix team of people through complex sales cycles with inside sales, field engineering and field consulting Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse business stakeholders Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills A BA/BS degree Benefits
