We are currently seeking an adaptable, successful, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to increase our market share in the DACH region and will be reporting to our Market Manager for the region. In order to succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven, have a passion for learning about and engaging with businesses, and have a desire to build the DACH market as the largest and most successful region at EveryStay.

The role is based in our Central London office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Grow rapidly the existing sales in DACH. Speak with property managers across DACH over the phone and sell them the benefits of signing up to EveryStay. Negotiate with agencies and property managers within DACH. Collaborate with regional tourist organisations to ultimately drive sales. Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible. Become a student of our culture, remaining aware of our core values. Network effectively with local, regional and national agencies and sign them up to EveryStay. Work to ensure targets are met within your region. Mentor direct reports, especially in regard to our values and personal development. Contribute to the overall global success of our company. Requirements

2+ years’ or more experience in sales. Experience in the Travel Industry preferred, but not essential. Ability to use experience to advise and execute the needs of the team growth. Native German (or German as a first language) and fluent English. Well organised and driven by success. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. Strong negotiating skills over the phone. Solid track record of sales. Charismatic and able to adapt to different situations. Benefits
