We are looking for a Deputy Care Manager who will put the quality of care and outstanding service at the forefront of all that we do and who is able take a major role in the day to day running of our premium service.

Requirements for a Deputy Care Manager:

Able to take a leading role in ensuring the office achieves the highest levels of compliance in line with CQC ‘outstanding’ requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent people skills and the ability to form good relationships with all stakeholders and our able team of Care Assistants Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks. Day to day responsibilities to include oversight of some Care Assistant Rotas, appraisals, file audits, carrying out new client assessments and assigning and introducing Care Assistants. Experience in management of people QCF level 5 qualification in social care or equivalent or working towards this.
