Responsibilities:

As apart of our Luxury External division you will assist the Buyer in the development of market focused product collections by keeping a keen eye on the market, competition and current and forthcoming fashion trends. This may include attending relevant appointments and fashion exhibitions at the request of the Buyer Attend weekly meetings with your Buyer and Merchandiser to review performance of the department and to discuss and agree an action plan regarding sales, margins, stock levels and delivery status. Complete all admin on behalf of your Buyer Assist with general meeting and presentation preparation Undertake branch visits and provide feedback Produce picture catalogues for every season Respond to all queries from our Warehouse and Merchandising Admin teams regarding supplier information To sustain and develop a close and open working relationship with the Merchandising and Wholesale Teams that will ensure in-season trading issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Work alongside your Buyer and Merchandiser in the preparation of seasonal reviews and planning for the forthcoming season Update the range plan on a daily basis – following your Buyer’s instructions Ensure all range plan information is accurate, formulas are correct and missing information is followed up on Where necessary meet with suppliers or prospective suppliers of luxury brands to view product collections and report back to your team Actively investigate and propose new product opportunities to your Buyer Attend regular fit sessions with the buyer and QC and compile detailed and accurate fit reports to send to suppliers Requirements

The Person:

- Fashion Buying degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent

- Previous experience within a Buying Admin role preferably from a luxury background (placement year or internship experience will be considered)

- Hard-working, proactive and self-motivated

- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
