Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales administrator to join our dynamic Colchester property-based client as an integral part of a busy motivated team. As Sales administrator you will be a key support to the property sales teams in ensuring all their administration is kept up to date and processed to a high standard. To be successful for the role of sales administrator you must possess strong administration experience and be a keen and motivated team player. The role

* Provide a comprehensive secretarial role and to become an integral part of the team.

* Ability to provide high levels of customer service at all times.

* Deal with incoming and outgoing post

* Receive incoming telephone calls and proactively deal with queries or outsource to relevant departments.

* Liaise with housebuilders, customers and estate agents via email, letter, fax and telephone providing high levels of customer service at all times.

* Hold records of all contact names and addresses for our clients and key disciplines with their respective developments and ensure are updated on an ongoing basis.

* Ordering of Valuations Surveys and EPC's in accordance with company policy.

* Managing the database in accordance with day to day responsibilities and providing support to the team where necessary and to ensure weekly targets are met.

* Ensuring the smooth running of the team having the knowledge and understanding on a daily basis keeping the Sales Manager informed at all times.

* Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The Person

* Knowledge and experience working within the property industry

* Able to work within a team in a secretarial role but also the ability to help and support others where workload dictates.

* Able to work on own initiative as well as following instructions

* Prioritising workload

* Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

* Attention to detail is essential as often dealing with figures.
