Due to continued growth, we are looking for a bright and capable HR Admin, to join our English Team.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a skilled HR Admin to perform a variety of administrative tasks that assure our daily activities to run our 90+ UK units internal staff (and growing!)

HR Admin responsibilities include keeping employee’s records updated, preparing payrolls You will also run HR software programs to process business transactions, like onboarding, offboarding, payrolls and employee’s records.

A successful HR Admin should be familiar with all administrative and legal procedures and have a flair for numbers.

We are a paper free organisation, and everything that happens, will in our Software and apps.

Ultimately, a successful HR Admin will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain personnel records; Recruit Staff Obtain temporary staff from partner agencies. Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records: Salaries/Payroll, Social Insurance, Contracts, Agreements, Layoffs, reconciliations, Inspections, subsidies, social security benefits. Human Resources and Risk Prevention consulting. Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking holidays, sick, time in-lieu and personal time. Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Provide assistance and support to company personnel Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws Constantly update job knowledge Foster and maintain effective working relationships with external bodie Requirements

Experience in Salaries/Payroll, Social Security, benefits, pension and Contracts Administrative Writing Skills Organisational skills Well organized Proven ability to meet targets Self-motivated and able to work effectively on own initiative Multi-tasking attitude Team-working skills International/cross-cultural experience Excellent computer skills English is a must Portuguese, Spanish and/or Italian is a big Plus University or College degree in human resources. Preferably Master in HR or Law A pleasure to work with Sense of humour Minimum 2 years experience Benefits
