We at Protocol ate looking for an engaging and passionate Lecturer to join the college team in South London. You will be delivering the Cheffing coures at levels 1-3 within the college restaurant on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This will be until at least April with the potential to be extended until June for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities
Delivery of the relevant Cheffing courses at levels 1-3
The person & qualifications
A minimum level 3 qualification in Culinary Arts, Cheffing or Hospitality and Catering
Previous lecturing experience at the above levels
A teaching qualification
A strong industry background
