Zoopla Property Group are looking for an innovative focused individual with a keen interest in all things Digital. You will join a thriving Marketing Services team that keeps on growing. You will have 2 - 3 years experience within solution hacking or a fantastic knowledge of the relevant platforms with a forward thinking problem solving attitude. You’ll be an exceptional problem solver with a passion for digital marketing. We’re looking for someone to bring ideas, creativity and energy to a forward-thinking team.

In this role, you will be part of our Growth efforts, with a special focus on the AdReach product portfolio. AdReach is an award winning AdTech product that has monetised ZPG’s first party data to provide advertising solutions to our wide client base.

You should be commercially minded with an ability to identify new opportunities for growth across our expanding product set through data analysis and other methods. You should be proactive and innovative with an ability to execute quickly based on the opportunities you have found. You should be able to adopt the Lean Startup approach and day to day you should be comfortable performing A/B analysis and pivoting rapidly based off your findings.

This role is a strategic and technical role requiring excellent communication skills and knowledge in the following areas: growth strategies, Google Ads, data visualization, and SQL.

Identify opportunities for product growth through data analytics on a variation of platforms. Run concurrent experiments to test and optimise demand generation. Lead in breaking the mold to generate product solutions. Analysis of paid search campaign data, establish trends, identify key performance indicators. Work closely with other members of the Marketing Services team. Requirements

Essential skills:

Google Portfolio including; Analytics, Data Studio, Ads Excel & Google Sheets to a high standard Inquisitive and strong proven problem solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and flexibly, and within a fast-changing environment Able to prioritise, organise and work efficiently across multiple projects to deliver a high volume of quality work. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Desired skills:

Google Query Language (or SQL) Good understanding of Social Media Ad Platforms: Facebook etc. Smartly Basic HTML Zapier Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas Benefits
