Our client is looking for candidates with outgoing and friendly personalities to join their growing team working within a busy buzzy environment as a Call Centre Sales Agent.

You will be part of a growing team in a vibrant call centre environment answering inbound calls with the view to converting a lead into a sale. You will be building a rapport and accessing the customer needs so you can ensure you offer the best service for them.

If you are a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent sales and customer service skills this could be the role for you.

Person Specification

* Sales Experience is preferred

* Customer Service Experience either face to face or in a call centre environment

* Time management skills

* Confident friendly and professional telephone manner

You will be receiving incoming calls there is no cold calling and this could be an immediate start with full training !!
