Description:

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to drive excellent standards for the operations team within our London office. The Business Support Administrator will provide operational support to the Professional Services department of the company and will gain exposure to lots of crucial areas and processes of our business.

Responsibilities:

Provide business support and quality assurance to the Professional Services Team Produce contract and extension documentation for Associates using DocuSign Carry out administration of the Jobscience application on Salesforce Client invoicing: Add new Requirements and Clients to JobScience Communicate with Associates: Timecards Contracts and documentation Format, update and add new candidates / client contact details and documents onto Salesforce Collate Management Information for Business/Practice heads Act as an interface between the Client and Associate Maintain client and contract filing systems on SharePoint Schedule and co-ordinate team meetings for clients, associate and account managers Support internal initiatives as required Requirements

Person Specification:

Essential:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workload Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email & Internet systems, including CRM tools (SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft OneDrive) Excellent communication skills with a good level of verbal & written English Strong problem-solving capability, able to think pragmatically while under pressure A great team worker with a flexible attitude Strong telephone manner with good customer facing skills Ability to handle customer and supplier enquiries and complaints with a customer service mindset An understanding of billing and invoicing Desirable:

Experience working with Salesforce Knowledge of recruitment administration Benefits
