At OTL we are providing logistic solutions to other businesses and currently we are looking for Compliance Administrator to join our Head Office in Borehamwood.

The role purpose is to provide administrative support to our International Compliance Department.

Working hours will be 40/45 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

As Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

maintaining documentation within required standards chasing others for missing documentation where necessary checking new recruits documentation after Operations Department and communicate with them effectively on required standards and laws preparing databases for client audit liasing with Compliance Team to ensure effectiveness of processes making suggestions to Business Process Specialist and line managers for improvement of procedures and processes where possible requesting, reviewing and tracking documentation for all new and existing clients Requirements

excellent communciation skills both written and verbal - ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both written and verbal forms with various departments and overseas office strong attention to detail must have experience in back office administration - at least 1 year ideally will have a degree in business related field ideally will have experience working with compliance ideally will have experience in recruitment ideally will have the knowledge of logistics industry Benefits
