Our client in the Park Royal area is looking for an Ops Support Agent to assist with the admin duties in their busy depot.

This is a great temp to perm opportunity with the salary being £10 per hour - this is a Mon - Fri role - 2pm-9/10.30pm

Daily Duties:

Admin: Print/ allocate collections from internal systems, sort and allocate premium and distant deliveries. Reporting all non delivered consignments and detailing the reasons. At the end of the day checking proof of delivery against load summary.

Customer Service: Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests and delivery queries. Providing a high quality customer service.

Other basic duties are involved like contacting drivers and assisting the depot team.
