Description:
Brief:

Working as a Client Service Executive you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, working as part of a hard-working and dedicated team. You will be using our bespoke ticketing system to take complete ownership of client/customer requests and ensuring to complete these in a detailed and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

* To carry out administrative work and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of all day to day bookings/requests such as; Travel, Accommodation, Meeting Rooms and Overseas requests

* Support with reporting and presentations as required

* Ensure ongoing client bookings requests are managed and delivered within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

* Always adhering to company and client budget constraints ensuring the purchase order process is followed

* To provide outstanding service to the client through efficient communication and ability to meet deadlines

* To build lasting and professional relationships with the field team and the client

* Implement any necessary changes from a booking's perspective for planned events and campaigns

* Support the setup of new starters including uniform, business cards and any other ad hoc requests

* Working with colleagues to support the development of the department in line with the strategic objectives

* Understand general field needs and work with the management team to support resolution and ensure communication of updates to the team

* Carry out specific administration & reception duties as when required

Skills:

* Proficient with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Excellent organisational skills

* Verbal and written communication skills

* Time management

* Relationship building

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience:

* Exceptional Customer Service

* Strong attention to detail

* A role in which you have relied heavily on your communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

* A role in which you have worked as an integral part of a team and needed to support each other in order to achieve strategic objectives and task orientated roles
