About the team: Our amazing Solutions Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin to our clients. The SD team plays a critical role in helping our clients realize value from their investment in our technology. We're growing rapidly and there are even more exciting times ahead!

The role and your mission: As Associate Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of our delivery for our global Enterprise clients. You will become a key member of the team with day-to-day awareness of all project and programme activities, both internally and within our clients.

You will have an impactful role, as the quality of our Associate Project Coordinator’s work affects the the delivery of all other programme stakeholders, including those within our clients’ teams.

We will train you to:

Own delivery of specific areas of programme initiation projects Create and manage all project and programme plans from Thomsons templates Support the creation of internal and external status reporting, with ownership for certain areas Record and manage all project actions Accountable for adherence to project gates Own definition/refinement of gates with Best Practice team Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
