We are looking for a Digital Account Director to work primarily across an international retailer (based in the UAE). Working with the project team, you will be working across a number of work streams, including the design and build of a loyalty scheme mobile app and website. You may be required to assist on a smaller Client account in addition to the above.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Client is managed effectively, for knowing all work in progress and should become known as the source of all information with regard to projects. You should aim to handle and resolve daily tasks in an efficient manner.

With the support of Project Managers, the role will be less delivery focused and more around owning the client relationship.


Managing and reporting on P&L of owned Client accounts Owning finance to drive profitability across the project work streams Liaising with very senior Client stakeholders and communicating effectively with them to drive the project forwards and manage expectations Working with Project Management to prepare proposals, SOWs and timing plans Working with other team members in the writing of briefs Making sure that all account tasks get done in an efficient manner Managing account responsibilities and client expectations Establishing priorities and ensuring team members are aware of their responsibilities Ensuring deadlines are communicated and met There may be some travel required. Requirements

Previous experience working on fast turnaround digital accounts Strong financial and analytical skills The ability to work across the technical and digital accounts, not digital marketing Impeccable attention to detail Excellent communication/presentation skills and confident manner A proactive, driven and hands-on approach Proven track record of developing strong client relationships Demonstrable knowledge of digital principles and best practice on document writing Strong experience in selling and presenting work Passion for and strong knowledge of all things digital and brands. Experience working on brand/data driven project would be advantageous. Benefits
