itineris are looking for an ambitious, experienced and commercially-focused Biddable Manager ready to take the next step in their digital marketing career.

itineris is a well-respected and award-winning digital agency with fantastic modern offices in London and Suffolk. As a full-service digital agency with a wide range of clients across design, development and digital marketing, your work will be interesting and varied.

We offer a varied role – an average week could include paid media strategy consulting for a £40m T/O tech company, launching a new Snapchat campaign for a University and advising a tech start up on growth marketing.

No two days are the same, but we strive to make all of them fun and rewarding.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Hands-on campaign creation, management and optimisation primarily across Google Ads (search and display), Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn Opportunity identification for retained clients and consultancy projects Analysis work including competitor, performance and platform audits Defining paid media strategies for clients, and exciting them about new campaign ideas and platform opportunities Owning campaign results and hitting or exceeding performance targets Recommending and testing new platforms and advertising features as they become available Working proactively with colleagues and clients to create award-winning work Supporting our insight team in delivering industry-leading performance reporting Client calls, meetings and presentations Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a commercially astute digital marketer with agency-side experience. You love the variety of working across different accounts and have the maturity to focus on the activities that are most likely to deliver the best results.

It’s likely you’ll have:

3-5 years agency-side biddable experience using multi-account MCCs Hands-on experience running paid search, display, re-marketing and paid social campaigns Strong budget management skills and a collaborative approach to bringing campaign ideas to life Good working knowledge of relevant industry tools (Google Ads MCC, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) A positive attitude and good sense of humour Team player: teamwork is a key part of agency life, so you’ll need to get along with your colleagues, particularly under pressure

Hardworking: all of us are willing to go the extra mile to delight a client or hit a deadline

Problem solver: you’ll be analysing data to answer questions and solve problems, so curiosity and brains are required in equal measure

Strong communication skills: great ideas only get exciting when they’re acted on, so you’ll also need to persuade clients that your ideas have value, both in writing and in person
