Your challenge as Digital Relationship Manager will be to ensure the web and mobile development roadmap for continuous improvement is delivered on time and within budget while managing multiple stakeholders across the business. But this isn't for any ordinary organisation, we look after one of the busiest sites in the UK and this role will act as a key interface for all web and app product initiatives from the Planning and Design team to make it all possible.

Your role is to review and own the low risk product requirements through to delivery and you will work collaboratively with the wider Digital teams, PMO and external development partners.

How you'll make a difference

We are about to embark on our most ambitious two year digital development roadmap to ensure we deliver a first class player experience across app and web. Join a brand new Digital Projects and Service Delivery team and deliver player focused web and app initiatives across play and check journeys.

What you'll bring to the table

You will have day-to-day responsibility for delivering the web and app continuous improvement roadmap, working collaboratively with the Digital Product Team and development partners. Leading and coordinating the go to market stream for all web and app initiatives ensuring timely communications to players of the upcoming changes. Keeping key stakeholders up-to-date across key projects, escalating issues and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll build a positive business relationship with Google and Apple to ensure releases are on time available. You will establish strong links with key vendors ensuring the latest product/software updates are reviewed and if required included on the web and app continuous improvement roadmap. You’ll be the main business relationship owner with our MVT vendor, ensuring that the product team have the appropriate resource to deliver on the MVT roadmap. What we’ll give you
