This year, Natilik is significantly increasing focus on winning New Business in our Commercial Team, which focuses on businesses with 200 to 1000 users. Our aim is to accelerate the rate of growth of our Commercial business by increasing the amount of New Business sales people, net new logos and revenue, selling across all our technical disciplines. We have an incredible Brand and Value proposition in this Market space and we would like to see and tell more potential clients about it!

That's why we're hiring a Commercial Team Lead to lead a team of 7 New Business people.

The Commercial Team Lead will report into the Commercial Managing Director and will be based on the London office. Natilik takes a pragmatic approach to home working and provides all people with the right technology to be effective working remotely. However, for this role and the experience level of the more junior members of the team, we expect the successful candidate to be in the office where possible.

On a day to day basis, the Commercial Team Lead would be expected to:

Own and manage the New Business targets in Commercial, including Gross Profit and New Logos Landed Develop and manage Natilik’s New Business proposition into the Commercial target market, including focus on potential customer vertical, size and technology architecture, working with marketing to engage and deliver this Manage career development and training plans for the New Business team Accompany the sales team on meetings, providing support and assisting in winning new business Attend customer and partner events to develop relationships with potential clients and service partners Work closely with all areas of the Commercial business (services, pre-sales and support) to ensure effective collaboration. Requirements

Experience of running a team of sales people in the same or similar industry for at least two years (ideally New Business focused and not just Account Management) Proven record of hitting targets and developing people An understanding the Cisco marketplace Experience of nurturing and developing a variety of sales talent Fiscal responsibility; carrying and hitting a team sales target A track record of hitting individual sales targets to lead the team by example.
