Description:
At OTL we are providing logistic solutions to other businesses and currently we are looking for Compliance Administrator to join our Head Office in Borehamwood.

The role purpose is to provide administrative support to Compliance and Operations Department. Person in this position will be taking care of new and existing subcontractors working with OTL. The role will involve on-boarding new contractors while making sure their documentation is compliant and also reviewing files of existing contractors making sure their documents are valid.

Working hours will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday.

As Recruitment and Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Recruitment

determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants over the phone or in person where required managing candidates in candidates tracking software conducting background/driving license/MOT or other relevant checks on potential candidates communicating with the Operations Team to make sure workflow is not interrupted and recruitment process efficient Compliance

maintaining documentation within required standards chasing others for missing and expired documentation where necessary checking new recruits documentation after Operations Department and communicate with them effectively on required standards and laws preparing databases for client audit liasing with Operations Team to ensure effectiveness of processes making suggestions to Business Process Specialist and line managers for improvement of procedures and processes where possible requesting, reviewing and tracking documentation for all new and existing clients Requirements

excellent communication skills both written and verbal - ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both written and verbal forms with various departments and overseas office strong attention to detail people skills sales skills must have experience in back office administration - at least 1 year experience working with compliance – at least 1 year experience in recruitment – at least 1 year ideally will have a degree in business related field ideally will have the knowledge of logistics industry Benefits
