The Role

The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager will play a vital role in the Performance Marketing team, working to improve site performance through A/B testing. You will see your work have a direct impact on business performance.


Work with the head of Performance Marketing to maximise site performance through structured A/B testing. Working closely with the Front-End Developers & Designers to promote data-driven design. To deliver a continuous pipeline of tests in order to boost conversion rate, in line with business objectives. To work across existing third-party tools and platforms (i.e. HotJar, UnBounce), and identify new platforms and tools that will aid in driving performance. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results. Requirements

Experience Required

Experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. Minimum 2 years experience utilising CRO tools (e.g. HotJar, UnBounce, Google Optimize preferable). Knowledge of A/B Testing, MVT and user journey development. PPC knowledge (Google AdWords) is a plus, as is a willingness to learn more about performance marketing. Key Attributes
