I am currently working with a tier one property and housing company which covers across the UK. This particular IT project manager role is based in Hertfordshire. The right candidate will lead a full transformative project lifecycle. With the responsibility to lead a programme with accountability for costs, timescales, resources and deliver roadmap to support businesses.

The right IT project manager will have strong engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders. You will have vast experience in consulting in similar types of roles working in a fast-paced environment, be motivated by problem solving and achieving project milestones.

In order to succeed in this IT project manager role within the property and housing sector you with need to be an expert in the following and be in a commutable distance of Hertfordshire:

- In-depth knowledge and know-how of all the HSEQ programme, Including, Processes. Systems and People.

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Experience in all project Lifecyle phases

- Outstanding people/team management both direct and indirectly.

- Ensure Business analysts are managing their work load to support the project.

- Coaching and leadership skills

- Experience or formal project management qualifications

- Prince 2 Qualification

- Challenge current processes with the end result of adopting 'best practice' processes

- Consistent adherence to deadlines and budgets

- Full understanding of change management

- Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders and other senior leaders

- Analytical and problem skills.

As an IT Project Manager you have senior programme leadership and process redesign know-how. Working in the property housing sector the right person will need vast experience and ability to manage multiple work stream, differing reporting lines, conflicting priorities, multi-site projects as well as scope change and risk.

This is a permanent job opportunity based in Hertfordshire and commands a salary of £40,000 - £65,000 dependant upon experience and background.
