We are at an exciting stage of our journey and are seeking driven, talented and ambitious Learning & Development Coordinator to join us in our Hertford head office.

This role is responsible for working collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders across the business to administrate the development journey. This includes collating and compiling all data in relation to development framework for all employees. Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure a holistic PSL is in place to support development needs. The production of reports which enable stakeholders to identify talent, skills gaps and succession within the business in order to accelerate performance.

Working with line management to co-ordinate and support the delivery of the company's performance and leadership model, induction & on-boarding and training needs analysis, enabling a suite of learning opportunities for each development path while recording both the internal development programmes and coordinating external sessions.

The role will be passionate about people and performance development and be highly pro-active, organised and a confident communicator. The fast-moving nature of the business will ensure that there is always an opportunity to work outside of the day to day activities, supplementing the opportunity to provide development opportunities.

* Administrate the performance and leadership model across all role bandings

* Assist with the process of review collation and PDPs.

* Provide administrative support to the six P&D BP roles in coordinating development

* Assist with the administration of the best companies related objectives and project aligned with personal growth, fair deal and well being specifically.

* Administer a clear plan with each division including HQ in relation to the induction and on-boarding experienced ensuring that all new employees are aware of activities and development options

* Record and report on annual grading and maintain effective records on calibrated alongside all divisions and levels, ensuring consistency.

* Support the maintenance of an effective people succession plan for all roles within the business

* Administer the talent matrix, a way to identify the skills and implement a plan to support current managers and "lead" talent

* Maintain a PSL to develop and upskill managers to impact development and coaching conversations, supporting the development of their people.

* Support the manager with benchmarking internal training against external solutions to ensure forward thinking approaches are utilised and provide a consultancy service to key stakeholders in the business

* Ensure that all activity is covered within company guidelines including GDPR

* Administrate the companies learning management system and data management

* Review, update and create content to drive the commercial needs of the regional teams

* Review feedback and make recommendations to the Head of roles based on initiatives that can drive performance

* Management of the companies apprenticeship levy

* Work with the client teams to create, develop and deliver integrated retail academy programmes

* Training coordination as required, ensuring all data is valid and updated

* Support with the preparation of training and development collateral

* Utilise the levy to support the topline plan of activity.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present to all levels

* Ability to tailor styles and approach to suit audience and requirements while operating in a fast paced and changing environment

* Enthusiastic with high levels of energy, self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative.
