Annual Salary: £13,000 to 16,000 /year dependent on experience

Who are CMT?

We are an independent telecommunications provider who specialise in Fixed Line, Hosted Voice, IP PBX, Mobile, IT & Cabling solutions.

CMT have been trading since 1998 and have a highly accredited sales and engineering team. Our head Office is Braintree (where the role is situated) and London Office is the Shard - SE1.

Customer Service Adviser / Office Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant Team at Corporate Management Telecom.

This is a varied role to provide support to the busy customer service, provisioning, accounts and engineering departments at our Braintree offices.

The Telecoms industry is having its biggest change since the advent of the mobile, and we want the right people at CMT to provide these services. BT's current network is being ceased from 2020 onwards which means most businesses across the UK will need the services and systems CMT provide.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, highly motivated and work well under pressure.Excellent customer service skills and telephone confidence are essential for this position.The Benefits
