Contracts Coordinator

Manage customer contracts in our systems, ensuring that our recorded prices and expiry dates align to those of our customers. Ensure that portfolio changes (new product launches, discontinued lines) are updated in a timely fashion and communicated to our customers.

Work collaboratively with the business to implement contracts once awarded and drive continuous improvement in our contract management processes.

Produce usage reports and other analysis to ensure we meet our contractual commitments and provide a best-in-class service to our customers.

Play an active role in the wider Pricing team, embracing change and supporting new initiatives and projects.

Maintain relationships with key individuals at all levels, both internally (Sales, Marketing, BU leaders) and externally (Procurement in Trusts and Hubs).

A Day in the Life

Day-to-Day Contract Management

Respond to all enquiries originating from both the MDT businesses and the purchasing body Process new contract awards and contract extensions Run sales reports to ensure all parties are meeting their commitments Load new and revised customer prices onto our internal platform Communicate with customers around changes in price/contract/product offering etc Investigate any discrepancies between the price quoted by a customer and that on our systems Proactively look for opportunities to continuously improve process efficiency and quality; raise the bar for contract management and ensure our customers' orders can be processed seamlessly

Partnering & Strategic Management of Contracts

Produce usage reports to confirm contracted volumes have been met before changing prices Support commercial decision-making through analysis Business partner with all operational teams within the organization Proactively work with customers to resolve issues that you identify through your daily work Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed Must Haves

Good organizational skills and priority management; able to juggle multiple tasks Ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels Experience in tendering and/or contract management in a commercial environment Strong IT skills, particularly Excel Conscientious, with strong focus on quality of work and good eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills Self-motivated, ambitious and positive Outgoing and friendly, with a "can do" attitude Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Inquisitive, and open to new ideas and ways of working Nice to Haves
