Our Implementation team, which sits within our Global Partner Success Team, is looking for an enthusiastic and thoughtful Customer Success Manager to the join their team. The role is to ensure Partners are making the most of the product or pricing plan their Account Manager has put them on by supporting them in implementing the product across their Practice and getting their clients on-board.

This person will work very closely with the Account Management team to ensure the Partner is achieving their desired goals. The role is centred around Project Management - milestones and goals will be agreed with the Partner and it is the Implementation Specialist’s job to work with the Partner to ensure these milestones are met.


Determining and executing the relevant activities to ensure Partners are successfully project managed onto their new plan / product and their clients are successfully on-boarded Proactively engage with partners and with their clients to ensure they are successfully on-boarded - e.g. Deliver client webinars on behalf of the partner Arrange and deliver client events for the partner Run email and call campaigns to clients on behalf of partner Incentivise clients to self on board and use the product Utilise resources from other teams to increase attach rate and velocity eg Workplace Observations delivered by CX Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g. CX, Marketing, Product) and share any insights that can assist in evolve the client experience. Build on existing reporting to enhance Receipt Bank’s ability to track attach rate and velocity of partners’ clients. Experiment and innovate with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success. Build and refine internal processes that can scale as the team grows. Collect and collate feedback from partners to highlight key issues that may prevent increased attach rate. Requirements
