Description:
Customer Service Advisor: A highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor with fantastic people skills and strong attention to detail is required to join a fast-paced and dynamic Customer Service team that provides a quality and efficient service to end customers and showroom staff.

Working in a passionate fun-loving Customer Service team of 5, the ideal Customer Service Advisor will thrive in a rapidly growing business which results in your working day being hectic but very exciting, so we require someone with character who will buzz off this atmosphere. You should be happy to work independently but also as part of the larger company team.

You will fit in perfectly if you are friendly and personable, highly organised, continually show initiative and work at all times with integrity and honesty.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be one of the key contributors in providing quality and efficient customer service. You will thrive in the variety of this role, within a busy but fun environment. You will be required to:

*Deal efficiently and professionally with customers on a daily basis over the telephone and via email.

*Always maintain customer satisfaction with a good product knowledge and advice on technical queries. (Full training provided)

*Process purchase orders and customer collections that are received via fax, phone and email.

*Raise and process proforma invoices.

*Liaise closely with our National Distribution Centre where necessary to resolve customer queries.

*Liaise with external carrier services where necessary with delivery/collection queries.

*Carry out other duties as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

*Ideally located with easy commute to the offices in North London (closest London Underground station is Arnos Grove on the Piccadilly Line).

*The ability to work at speed whilst still maintaining high attention to detail and a high standard of customer service.

*The ability to manage multiple cases of customer service at the same time.

*Experience of providing customer service over the telephone and via email.

*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

*Excellent judgement and decision making skills.

*Skilled at using computer software in a fast-paced environment.

*An excellent level of verbal, written and numerical literacy and the ability to network at all levels.

*A real team player.
