TMW are looking for a pro-active, integrated Creative Artworker with a can-do attitude. Someone who can set-up and manage print-ready artwork and create pixel-perfect digital/online content. Acting as brand guardian to Morrisons, attention to detail is paramount. In addition, experience of assets for Social Media, animated GIFs and retouching / comping to a good level would be highly advantageous.

The Creative Artworker will manage day to day requests directly from the Morrison client as well as our internal team. The Morrisons account works on a ‘direct to maker’/client-facing workflow, meaning experience of emailing/taking amends directly from clients will be an advantage.

This role is in two parts. Firstly, the BAU, using templated formats to update new offers, store openings and promotions are briefed, managed and delivered through our Creative Artworker working directly with clients. The second part is supporting the wider creative department on new concepts by finalising designs ready for delivery, working with Creative Directors and our internal Client team.

Given the fast-paced nature of work, the Studio are self-managed, with the Creative Services team responsible for managing the delivery requirements for multiple clients and internal departments. The right candidate will be able to work with our clients and interpret briefs from multiple sources. The tracking of work is done through Trello, with the workflow and asset management using Proof HQ. (Experience of these systems would be an advantage, but not essential).

From time to time the candidate we are looking for may support our Senior Artworkers with Final Release and delivery of projects to clients and third-party partners, where assets are flight checked against technical specifications and brand guidelines, experience of final release will be an advantage.


This role would suit a team-oriented, motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and skills and experience gained in a similar environment. This will be a fast-moving environment the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential.

Key Skills/Experience

Proven experience of developing first class digital and print Artwork and visuals for Blue chip clients Confident in their own ideas and be a strong team player, prepared to work both proactively and in a reactive and flexible way. Process driven, well organised, with the ability to see the bigger picture of agency delivery. Display meticulous attention to detail and able to execute pixel perfect designs Roll out simple designs to multiple html pages using an established look and feel Expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Retouching Experience Must have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly communicate with, clients and internal departments. Keep up to speed with industry innovations and trends Experience in design for digital, in particular social media platforms. Mock ups S/S or mini to ensure artwork is 100% correct before releasing Align with the Operations Director and Senior Artworkers to effectively deliver project requirements. Support progression of the junior Content Studio team members, identifying areas of development. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and how this impacts final creative output an advantage Benefits
