Logistics / Sales Administrator

Based in Ruislip, West London

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000

The largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe are recruiting a Logistics / Sales Administrator (6 months maternity cover contract) to be part of an implementations team, based out of the Head Office in South Ruislip. As Sales Administrator you'll carry out administration tasks from the point of sale to installation and invoicing, ensuring complete compliance from internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. This role will suit an experienced sales or logistics administrator, accustomed to working in a very busy department, and who is able to commute to South Ruislip easily.


* Responsible for regional machine sales tracker administration and distribution

* Raising of purchase orders for logistics and refurbishment of vending machines

* Capex file preparation and administration

* 3rd Party invoice verification

* Lot number allocation and management with 3rd party suppliers

* To generate site survey calls to engineers to the company ERP system

* To log general engineers calls for machine installation activities

* To provide a high level of customer service to internal customers at all times

* Dealing with a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails

Experience / Skills required

* Previous experience of Sales or Logistics Administration is essential

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

* Accustomed to working in a highly pressured, complex environment

* Exceptional multi-tasking skills

* Advanced experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel

* Experience of using bespoke systems/databases

* Display a high level of organisational skills

* Must have discretion and able to manage confidential information

* Team player, enthusiastic and driven

* Must have Right to Work in the UK
