Fantastic opportunity to work for an established independent Estate Agent brand based out of their busy Borehamwood office.

Our client is looking for a pro-active and professional Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge! They ideally require an individual with 2 years Estate Agency experience including property valuing and have expert local knowledge.

Sales Negotiator/ Sales Valuer duties include:

* Generating valuation leads

* Attending valuations

* Winning new business

* Sales negotiations

* Striving to exceed targets

* Providing excellent customer service

Keys Skills:

* Current Estate Agency sales experience

* Good sales valuation conversion rate

* Pro-active approach to work

* Expert local knowledge

* A team player

* Excellent organisational skills

* UK driving licence and own car

Package:

* Basic £18 - £20,000 pa

* 1st year OTE £35,000 pa

* Expected to rise to £45,000 pa

* Car allowance

* Opportunity to cover Borehamwood and surrounding areas
