Description:
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber on a permanent basis.

This is for a small company based in Colchester.

Salary - £28,000 DOE + you will be provided with a van.

The Role

- Interpret drawings and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials

- Locate and mark positions for connection and fixtures

- Install and repair of sanitation systems

- Fitting domestic appliances

- Installing heating and air-conditioning units including water heaters

- Fitting bathrooms

- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.

- Analyse problems and identify appropriate way to resolve the issue.

- Choose plumbing materials based on budget, location and intended use of works

- Emergency repairs

- Adhere to health and safety standards and comply with building codes

Qualifications & Experience

- Professional attitude and approach to work

- Level 2 / 3 plumbing NVQ or similar

- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence

- Previous trades experience

- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
