About the Marketing Team& Role

We're expanding our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. Though we have a solid presence in Asia, there is still significant room for growth within EMEA. The marketing team will play a critical role in raising our brand's awareness leveraging on our great reputation and dominance in Asia. There will be a lot of cross-communication between our larger Mobvista brand and our strong and growing Mintegral company.

You will be a highly gifted communicator skilled in a variety of social media channels. We are seeking someone that is not only able to research, post and curate engaging content. We already have a presence on several social media tools, but there is still a lot more that can be achieved. The person applying for this role will relish the challenge of being the public voice of such large entities in the region.

Responsibilities Managing and growing our industry blog by writing and curating industry leading content that’s SEO optimised and primed for organic success Managing social media channels with an always engaging flair that aligns with the company tone of voice and the broader business goals Coordinate paid campaigns that increase brand exposure and generate leads, whilst optimising budget expenditure towards the highest ROI activities Helping to provide engaging copy, image and video content across all forms of owned media, including industry reports, social media, landing pages and press releases Planning and managing communication with customers and prospects via our industry newsletter Reporting growth KPIs to senior stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis Community management with customers, partners, industry professionals and journalists Supporting with the coordination and delivery of marketing collateral for events Requirements

EssentialProven history as a successful content marketeer Excellent verbal communication skills, hardworking and organised A strong technical knowledge of SEO, paid digital and marketing communication Hands on experience with social media management for brands Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. creating an event series, writing an email newsletter, and interviewing customers) Ability to interpret analytics and identify new opportunities with a growth hacker mindset Outgoing personality and comfortable organising and attending networking events Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multi-channel campaigns Desirable Previous experience designing brand assets and creatives is desired Proficient in Mandarin/ Cantonese and/or Spanish Demonstrable knowledge working with a wide range of marketing tools, including Wordpress, Mailchimp, Buffer, Adwords, Google Analytics etc. Understanding of the mobile gaming and advertising markets Experience working with automation tools is a plus (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) Benefits
