Description:
Eurostar's Customer Communications Manager will join the Customer Experience Team. This is a critical role, therefore we’re looking for a talented and flexible candidate who will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our customers are receiving the right information. We communicate with our customers through a variety of channels: print, digital, CRM and screens in both the stations and on board. You will need to work closely with channel owners to specify requirements and key messages to ensure that customers are receiving the right information. You will continue to track feedback and take actions to improve.
