Description:
This is a stimulating role that will be instrumental in helping Canvas8 underpin strategic thinking by the world’s best brands, agencies and organisations. You will be selling a mixture of services - from subscription-model access to the Canvas8 Library to bespoke human and cultural insights project work this is a varied role with a product arrange that will allow you to make smart, needs-based sales assessments and become a product expert.

As we continue to expand into global markets, there will be lots of opportunity to learn, travel, grow your roster of contacts and sharpen your selling approach. We're keen to see our sales team develop innovative ways of selling, and as a growing business development opportunities from there are plenty!

What will you be doing?

Proactively finding new opportunities to enter into your target market Generating leads, and building and managing your sales pipeline Face-to-face and remote meetings and presentations to prospects Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients Managing the sales process end-to-end – from pitching to trialing to closing Responding to consultancy briefs Writing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals Requirements

Joining our close-knit sales team, you’ll be expected to get hands-on from the start and develop your own profile among communications agencies, media owners and brands.

Motivated and engaged, you’ll have a smart and consultative approach to sales. Articulate and confident, you’ll be expected to build relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and offering solutions both face-to-face and remotely. A quick learner, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Who do we need?

Solid demonstrable experience in a similar role A proven track record of delivering on targets Degree-level or equivalent education; numerate with strong communication skills (interpersonal and written) Commercially minded with an analytical, solutions-driven approach Motivated, driven and a relentless networker Smart, inquisitive and a willingness to get stuck in Benefits
