We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding sales professional to join our Account Management team in London. Our Account Development Consultants are at the heart of our sales and customer service offering, taking a consultative approach to form long-term partnerships with our customers (partners), assisting them in streamlining, growing and future-proofing their firms.

You will build and nurture relationships with new customers, advising and supporting change management in their firms, assessing the needs of each business to grow accounts accordingly by introducing premium products.

For many new partners, making the jump to cloud accounting is a daunting prospect; by guiding them through the implementation and continued use of Receipt Bank in their firms, you can truly help them become more efficient, productive and profitable.

As a person you will need... to be excited at the thought of coming to work and have a real passion for working with your portfolio of customers. A proven track record in sales and account management within the B2B space is essential (SaaS or Fintech would be great but not a must)!

We'll want to see your high class communication skills and you will inevitably be comfortable on the phone with virtually anyone, definitely a great relationship builder able to expertly manage with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
