Key responsibilities: File and maintain company records or any other documents on the document retention system on the shared drive and Blueprint. Ensure internal corporate records of relevant overseas entities are complete, shared and reviewedCoordinate and prepare responses (including extracts from group structure charts) and documentation to KYC requests from the Firm's clientsPrepare agenda and meeting packs, attend and minute any committee meetings as may be requested by the Company Secretary. Manage the Board and committees' diariesLiaise with notaries, external auditors , foreign registrars and company secretarial agenciesDeputise and provide assistance to the Company Secretary or Assistant Company SecretaryUndertake any project work as requested by the Company SecretaryTo be alert to Conduct Risk issues, specifically the risk of harm to client interests, market integrity and/or competition in financial markets due to inappropriate practices or behaviours across the firmFilings at Companies House and equivalent in foreign jurisdictionsResearch where required on such things as capital reductions, ownership change, dividend distribution, etc.Skills / experience required:

Proven knowledge, understanding and experience of company secretarial workExperience of and ability to minute committee meetings and draft resolutions Good Microsoft Office (including Excel) skillsExperience of Blueprint or equivalent company secretarial record system preferredICSA qualified or working towards ICSA qualification preferred Personal attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisation and follow throughA team player with a proactive attitude
