We are expanding and looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to qualify leads and generate meetings for the sales team/

This is sophisticated, consultative, solution lead sales, lead generating, mix of incoming leads and cold calling to understand the customers objectives and pains and booking well qualified meetings for the sales team.

You will have a consultative B2B background generating first appointments at a senior decision maker level in an SME environment, across all of our vertical sectors

You will be responsible for delivering qualified first appointments through a process of engagement, fact finding and qualifying business pain and objectives that our sales team can sell to.

Responsibilities include:

To support BDM in providing qualified first appointments to achieve new business revenue for monthly subscription and services. Expected to dial at least 60 calls a day, with a talk time beyond 2.5 hours, delivering a minimum of 10 web based appointments per week. Working closely with marketing to understand size of opportunity and producing campaigns Full use of CRM to record activity, conversations and KPI's. Ensure that accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline. Work to and achieve best practice performance and sales standards expected by the business. To become an expert within the sector you are focused on through networking and reading. Requirements

Experience required:

Minimum of 2 years of B2B appointment making, in a technology or services led environment. Tech savvy and interested in technology. Ability to structure and control a call. Committed, with a track record of over achieving Benefits
