My client is a well-established global leader in talent, they support their customers in offering content distribution platforms, platforms that allow content to be activated across multiple B2B and B2C destinations in a scalable, customisable and extendable way. They have grown significantly since their inception in 1898 and during 2018 they delivered in excess of 55,000 events across a video and data platform.

They are now seeking a talented Customer Service Technician (Digital) to work in the Chiswick Park location, a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and forward-thinking company that invests in their people.

The role of Customer Service Technician (Digital)

- To provide fast and accurate customer service

- Learning platforms and advanced troubleshooting of my clients streaming architecture

- Work effectively with content delivery teams to achieve desired results

- Work hard to execute my client’s extensive anti-piracy measures

- Document and retain ever evolving workflows and resolutions

Ideal Customer Service Technician (Digital) will bring

- Fearlessness and pro-activeness as you will be working with live video and data

- The ability to make fast and accurate decisions so thinking on your feet is a must as every minute counts!

- Strong customer service skills and in particular good written communicative skills

- As my client is a 24/7 365 days a year operation you would need to be flexible as shift patterns would be part of your job which includes weekends and overnights

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for the role, like many of your colleagues enjoying what you do helps!

- A passion for online media content

Requirements for the ideal Customer Service Technician (Digital)

- Strong written customer service experience

- Experience of working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk

- Microsoft office skills such as Outlook

And it would be perfect if you:

- Had experience working in a B2B office environment

- Had experience troubleshooting Android & iOS issues

- Where up to date with the latest tech trends
