Tell me about the role! As Change Manager you will be working with the Head of Operations to lead on priority cross-company change programmes, prioritising changes in accordance with the overall company strategy and quarterly objectives. Being a key stakeholder in growing and establishing the Change function from the ground up by contributing in defining the most effective way it can add value to the business.

What you will be doing Work with key stakeholders from across the business to focus on removing current and future bottlenecks, ensuring the Bud teams operate as effectively as possible; Analyse, identify and report on functions of the business that need to evolve in order to cater for future business changes; Work closely with key stakeholders to input on the design, and subsequent implementation, of changes to the target operating model that balances the future evolution of the organisation with a phased, value adding roadmap of service improvement (scope, cost, quality, timeliness); and Work with the People team to continuously maintain and evolve the company culture as the business scales. Requirements

You might have 3 years Experience in a top tier strategy consultancy or in a change role; Past experience of managing change programmes for teams above 70+ in headcount; The ability to deliver end to end cross functional projects; Comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environments; Experience and ability at working with senior leaders and C-level executives; and An entrepreneurial approach to problem solving. A passion for recognising, strategising and implementing operational change; The ability to quickly apply existing skills and experience to new technologies; Has, or is interested in developing, deep technical skills in one or more areas of technology; and A bachelor's degree from a leading university (beneficial). Hours & flexibility

We’re big on keeping Bud a social team, so Christmas and Summer parties can be a big deal. We also put on quarterly events and have a social committee organising things like sports events, music gigs and after-work meet-ups!


Bud’s new office is a newly renovated space, specifically designed to our needs. Cool interior, breakout spaces, professional meeting rooms, brand new kitchen, loads of bike storage and a shower room for our part-time athletes. As our office is in The Bower WeWork there are also tons of events, not to mention, beverages on tap.
