About the team

This role is based on a Fixed Term Contract of 3-6 months.

This role will work with the Head of Client Operations to analyse all aspects of the core function. This role will take an extensive look at our client profiles, contract data and the overall processes within the team. It is a unique opportunity to utilise our data to increase business understanding and performance.

The Client team are integral to the long-term success of the business and our clients. The team are driven, dedicated and a collaborative team that are looking forward to welcoming the data analyst on-board.

The role and your mission

Producing reporting, insights and trends from existing client data Providing proposals for improving processes Capture business requirements and document data and process flows Undertake a data deep dive project that will give us insight into our client base Analyse our client data to pull out key insights and trends about our existing clients and their contracts The insight you provide will feed into our contract renewal strategy Perform data mining on client data from multiple sources, to identify trends, inconsistencies and where we can get added value What skills & values you will bring:

Previous experience analysing client and or sales client/customer data Hands on experience in delivering business analysis or business data flows Experience working in an analytical and insights role and you will have a proven track record of using databases and CRM systems (preferably salesforce) Proven experience of leading a client insight project A proven track record of pulling together data from several databases and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) Our PINK benefits and culture
