We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Function – Compliance (Ryanair UK) who will be based at The Ryanair UK facilities in Enterprise House, London Stansted


Reporting to the Compliance Manager & the Quality Manager Ryanair DAC , the Head of Function – Compliance will be responsible for ensuring Ryanair UK’s Quality and Compliance Programme is of the highest Industry standards and compliant with CAA and EASA requirements.

Manage and maintain Ryanair UK’s Quality Management and Compliance Monitoring system. Implement a robust Quality Management strategy. Ensure the provision of all manuals associated with training courses under his or her responsibility are up to date and acceptable to the UK CAA. Independent monitoring of Operations activities to confirm compliance with applicable regulatory and Ryanair UK requirements. Monitor compliance with Ryanair UK’s policies and procedures Monitor compliance with Regulatory requirements Conducting Compliance/Quality Audits/Inspections to verify compliance and adequacy of procedures required for a safe operation and management of the associated processes, for both Ryanair UK and Ryanair DAC. Providing internal communication regarding compliance issues and applicable regulation changes Planning audits, executing and writing audit reports Liaise with managers from different departments as required Requirements

Experience in a Compliance/Quality environment is desired but not essential A highly motivated individual with a disciplined outlook, demonstrated capacity for hard work and strong sense of responsibility and ability to execute tasks Extensive experience of working in the aviation industry and with aviation regulators. Comprehensive knowledge of Aviation Regulations and an Airlines Management System compliance monitoring. Excellent report writing and Microsoft Office skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken EU Passport holder. Current driving licence Right to work in UK Current passport with no travel restrictions throughout the RUK area of Operations Benefits
