We are looking for a proactive, resourceful individual to join the GSAM team as an Assistant on a 3 month FTC.

The Role…

You will support administration activities and database management in a customer facing role as part of a team based at one of our clients. You will work as part of the asset management client services team in a global investment bank.

As part of this role you will be responsible for supporting a key project which involves; helping to coordinate contact to reach out to third party distributors, in order to update contracts, working with the relevant sales teams to ensure the right documentation is issued and keeping an accurate track of correspondence and what's outstanding.

This position could possibly lead to a rolling position.

The candidate:

You will be confident, proactive, and resourceful and have the ability to use initiative when required and to problem solve where necessary. You will be able to comfortably work within a team and perform any additional ad-hoq services required by the team lead. You will be able to work individually and be flexible and adaptable in line with the changing of the business.

Key skills…

Excellent attention to detail

Speed and accuracy in working with excel reports, analytical ability would be a plus

Pleasant and professional customer focused attitude

Organised, i.e. able to prioritise and multi-task

Able to work independently yet communicate with team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in an office environment would be desirable

Working requirements…

3 month FTC

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a one hour lunch break)
